F45 South Wimbledon are a fitness studio specialising in innovative, high intensity group workouts that are fast, fun & results driven.
The Brief
We were briefed to create a post lockdown welcome back video to build excitement for their current members, to spark interest for new members and to showcase the new post lockdown layout and government guidelines for the studio space.
We were also briefed to capture imagery of the opening day classes, for use across Social Media and other marketing platforms.
The Approach
We strategically planned a story board for the welcome back video, working very closely with the guys in the studio to discover the most effective way to showcase the re-opening. By filming in a point of view style format we delivered a final edit that portrayed the new guidelines that members would have to adhere to whilst visiting the studio. Paying very close attention to social distancing and the sanitising of hands before and after a workout.
We built a strong relationship with team members & studio members so we were able to capture both relaxed and candid imagery during the opening day workouts, really capturing the atmosphere and energy within the studio.
The Results
Following the brief for the post lockdown welcome back video we went above and beyond expectations and created a 90 second clip that captured the whole process of using the studio. The final edit was shared across social media and online being viewed over
18,000 times.

to capture fortnightly content of their studio members
